Should you require it we offer a Site Visit and Land Report covering the land in question. This would typically include a planning assessment, local plan and site measurements including area, service information, valuation and a report on the best approach to sell the site. This would cost £450 per report.

We also offer a confidential introductory service to the many national house builders. This low key approach ensures confidentiality and is an ideal approach for larger sites typically of 2 acres or more.
